Developed business and land use plan for 2.9 million square foot development site in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. Assisted in launching 486 acre mixed use development in Gwinnett County, GA. Developed business and land use plan to add an additional 400,000 square foot office tower in an existing 1.25 million square foot office campus in Lowell, MA.

OAP served as the primary private developer consultant to HRSO.  Services included developing innovative solutions to privatize military family housing while meeting the specific needs of the respective services at military bases nation-wide.  OAP conducted on-site visits, economic and market analyses and public/private lease/purchase alternatives studies.  OAP advised the Secretary of Defense as to the private sector perspective relating to land planning, development, financing and deal structuring.  Further, OAP recommended appropriate courses of action to implement the solutions.
